Meet Michele Gavino
I brought all my experience in the yachting world. In 2015, I joined Baglietto as Managing Director and at the beginning of 2017 I was appointed as CEO. I have now left Baglietto and I am engaged in some consulting activities in the shipbuilding and in aerospace.
I graduated in Aeronautical Engineering and over the years starting from the technical department of one of the most historical Italian aeronautical brand, SIAI Marchetti, in the following years I have then held several high-responsibility positions in the Operations field. I was Plant Manager at beer brewing company Birra Peroni, Production Engineering and then Quality Director in AgustaWestland, and then General Manager and Industrial Development Director at Sea – Società Europea Autocaravan (Recreational Vehicles). From 2013 I was the COO of a leading company operating in the rubber and plastic industry.
